It’s both addictive… and annoying… but annoying mainly because it is down most of the time at the moment… it’s better than Skype or ICQ, because people cannot see whether you are online, and better than public chat rooms, as you only follow people whose twittering you lke..e give it a try!
Alas, I twitter mainly in German…
