Fahrradkauf mit guten Gewissen

Nur noch bis 2. Oktober kann man das Strike Bike vorbestellen: Das ist nicht nur ein qualitativ hochwertiges Rad, sondern auch ein ökologisch, wirtschaftlich und moralisch korrektes Vehikel.

Strike Bike

1.) Es wird in Deutschland hergestellt und in Deutschland vertrieben, d.h. die Vertriebswege sind kurz und damit umweltfreundlich und der Profit kommt der inländischen Wirtschaft selbst zu Gute.

2.) Noch schöner: Es wird von den Arbeitern der Bike Systems GmbH im thüringischen Nordhausen in Selbstverwaltung hergestellt. Offiziell sind diese Kollegen längst arbeitslos, aber im Juli haben sie die schon längst demontierte Fabrik übernommen und stellen nun dort die Fahrräder her.

Damit das ganze glückt, werden 1800 Vorbestellungen bis zum 2. Oktober benötigt: Noch sind 5 Tage Zeit - darum jetzt mit gutem Gewissen das Strike Bike bestellen!!!

Kosten: € 275, verfügbar in Herren- und Damenausführung.

  1. Their bikes look really sharp! I’m a fairly committed walker, but strike-bike wheels could get me to school in probably a quarter of the time. :)

  3. I hope so too!! It just came over my transom yesterday. I’ll tell comrade Pelz to be more diligent with his reporting on west Europe. ;-)

  5. Flat surface forming the stern of a vessel. The metaphor works something like once something comes over the transom (although “bow” works here too, maybe better) the captain is aware of it.

  6. ??? I am trying to imagine what it is - a stern is something like a diamond, a vessel something like a ship. Cambridge says its “1 SPECIALIZED a horizontal bar of stone or wood across a window, or separating the top of a window or door from a small window above”. Your explanation works, yet it’ll take me a while to accumulate my knowledge about transoms to be able to use that term too.
